Time and Attendance

Our advanced time and attendance systems are designed to automate the collection and management of your users’ time and labour records. Our time clock products allow you to eliminate timesheets while improving the accuracy of your payroll. Our time clocking products also support integration with a wide range of 3rd party software such as accounting or payroll software.

Our systems use fingerscan biometrics, which is the most secure clockon method, and avoids the time and cost of maintaining a card system or remembering PINs. By using a finger biometric which is unique to every person, ‘buddy punching’ is eliminated from the workplace. Such systems never store a fingerprint image but only record a code obtained by extracting certain features from it.

Actatek

Actatek offers basic Time and Attendance and time clocking capability through a unit which can be attached to a wall in any convenient location. It has an in-built webserver and can be administered from a normal office network. It automatically records times, which can be downloaded for any dates to any connected computer.

TimeTEQ

TimeTEQ is a complete strategic workforce management solution, which lowers costs, eliminates manual processes, reduces errors and provides for proactive 'exception-based' control over payroll expenditures. TimeTEQ time and attendance provides Award/Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) interpretation and integration with payroll systems.

TimeTEQ is adaptable and can accommodate a broad variety of industry sectors with software scalable across a wide range of operating systems, communications protocols and hardware environments. The product is suited to both single and multi site operations with as few as 15 staff and as many as 10,000

Award Interpretation The heart of the system - This module allows for the configuration and maintenance of the various work rules that apply to an employee according to their governing association and award classification

Scheduling (Rostering) Building budget constrained schedules that ensure the right number of employees are in the right place, at the right time, with the right skills is a constant challenge that if not well managed can quickly cripple even the most successful organisations.

Employee Self Service The TimeTEQ Interactive Employee Self Service (ESS) module meets the increasing demand for greater distribution and access to information without the need for management intervention.

Timesheet Management The management and approval of employee timesheets whether on a daily or weekly basis is a critical discipline in the process of Strategic Workforce Management.

Leave Management This module provides the facility to categorise and record all absentees, which in turn builds an annual absence profile and maintains leave balances for appropriate employees.

Payroll Export TimeTEQ's payroll export module works hand in hand with the Award Interpreter to calculate and aggregate all shifts for selected employees in a defined period of time.

  • TimeTEQ Terminal Server – Hosting
    Similar to an application service provider (ASP), TimeTEQ is a software application which can be a delivered, managed, and remotely hosted through centrally located servers in a subscription or rental arrangement. This has advantages of 24/7 remote access to multiple sites from any computer, platform independence, easier upgrades, financial flexibility, and data security.
